A typical use
A revision goes out to the general contractor, structural engineer, and client at once - drag the updated drawing set folder in, add all three email addresses, a short note about what changed, and an expiry that matches the review window. Everyone gets the identical set, and you can confirm who's opened it.
Working across firms
Because recipients don't need an iShared.app account to download, this works just as well sending to an external contractor or consultant as it does to someone inside your own firm - no separate accounts to provision on their end.
