Sub-processors

The third-party services iShared.app uses to store data, deliver email, and process payments.

A sub-processor is a third party we use that may handle your data as part of running iShared.app. Here's the current list.

Provider Purpose Data involved
Amazon Web Services (AWS) File storage, hosting, DNS Uploaded files, account and transfer records
Resend Transactional email delivery Recipient email addresses, transfer notification content
Stripe Payment processing Billing contact details, payment method (Stripe never shares full card numbers with us)

What we don't do

We don't sell data to third parties, and we don't use sub-processors for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose beyond operating the service itself.

Changes to this list

If we add or replace a sub-processor in a way that changes how your data is handled, we'll update this page. Enterprise customers who need advance notice of sub-processor changes as part of a signed agreement should raise that when requesting a Data Processing Agreement.
