Sub-processors
The third-party services iShared.app uses to store data, deliver email, and process payments.
A sub-processor is a third party we use that may handle your data as part of running iShared.app. Here's the current list.
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | File storage, hosting, DNS | Uploaded files, account and transfer records |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | Recipient email addresses, transfer notification content |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Billing contact details, payment method (Stripe never shares full card numbers with us) |
What we don't do
We don't sell data to third parties, and we don't use sub-processors for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose beyond operating the service itself.
Changes to this list
If we add or replace a sub-processor in a way that changes how your data is handled, we'll update this page. Enterprise customers who need advance notice of sub-processor changes as part of a signed agreement should raise that when requesting a Data Processing Agreement.
