Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of iShared.app (the "Service"), operated by iShared.app ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We support multi-factor authentication and encourage you to enable it. Notify us promptly at security@ishared.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use iShared.app to:

• Upload, store, or share content you don't have the legal right to share.
• Distribute malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or access controls.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Plans, billing, and limits

iShared.app is offered on Free and paid tiers, including Enterprise plans with seat management and usage limits described at checkout or in your order form. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the files you upload. You grant us the limited right to store, transfer, and deliver your files solely to provide the Service. We don't review or claim ownership of your content, and we don't access it except as needed to operate, secure, or support the Service, or as required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep iShared.app available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance that affects access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iShared.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, we'll delete your stored files per our standard retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account holders directly.
