iShared.app for creative agencies
One account for the whole team, licensed seats instead of shared logins, and download tracking so a client handoff is never in question.
An agency's file-sharing problem usually isn't file size - it's coordination. Multiple people need to send deliverables under the agency's name, someone needs to know whether a client actually downloaded a proof, and clients themselves need a consistent, professional way to receive work regardless of which team member sent it.
What this solves
- Licensed seats, not shared logins. Each team member gets their own account under the organization rather than everyone sharing one login and password. See team roles and licenses.
- Download tracking. Know when a client actually opened a deliverable, not just that an email went out - useful for confirming a handoff before a deadline conversation happens.
- A consistent link, whoever sends it. Every team member's transfers behave identically - same expiry options, same download experience for the client - regardless of who on the team sent it.
- Room to grow. Team plans support up to 15 seats; Enterprise removes the seat cap entirely and adds single sign-on for larger agencies with existing identity providers. See SSO setup guides.
A typical workflow
A designer finishes a set of deliverables and sends them directly to the client, using their own seat under the agency account. The account owner or an admin can see that transfer alongside everyone else's on the team, check whether it's been downloaded, and revoke it if it was sent to the wrong address.
Bringing on new team members
Invite a new hire by email from Team management - they set their own password and are working under a licensed seat within minutes, no shared credentials to hand over or rotate when someone leaves.
Plans for agency use
- Team - up to 15 seats, 10GB per transfer, £5/seat/month.
- Enterprise - unlimited seats, 100GB per transfer, £8/seat/month, with SSO/SCIM and a custom domain for larger organizations.
